), Maj ***** explained that he'd shut down as usual on the beach (below the high water mark, if you hadn't realised) for a leisurely breakfast part way through his mission, and then couldn't get it started again. Extremely grateful, he went on to explain that that particular cab had a history of the igniter playing up; it had happened twice the previous week!!
