A330 rostering patterns
Does anyone have any info on KAL 330 rostering patterns?
According to Rishworh, it is a mix of short, medium and longhaul, but that does not really tell much about lenght and location for nightstops etc.
(My personal motivation for finding a new job is that I am desparate to get away from domestic flying and day trips, and back to the long haul!)
Some of us are motivated to fly because of the flying part, others are motivated by the travelling part, and I belong in the latter mentioned group. I tend to think that long haul pilots and short haul pilots are wired differently; as cats and dogs; or maybe gays and straights (?) We will probably never understand each other, but the there is a need for all of us. Problems tend to occur when you mix these people or groups, and I was stupid not to realize when I accepted to fly short haul to get my first command(!). It is funny how job satisfaction can vanish overnight, is it not?
For all balanced people this should of course come second to the requirent for income and time off!
