Bearing in mind some of us are about to lose our homes, or already have done, I'm not sure where the Unique Air solicitors will write to us! Still you can look forward to your day in court at their expense if it ever came to that, which I doubt very much indeed. Of course, in order to prove your statements you would need to ask a few pertinent questions of the Managing Director, who would have to perjure himself if he claimed the pilots were all paid on time, that the charts were all up to date, and that he himself hasn't been trying to libel us to potential employers.
To be honest I think you are quite safe drawing a line under Unique and walking away. I'm still going to issue proceedings for my wages, and I know a good many others are also. I mean, it's the principle isn't it!
