Chill pill?
While I will agree there are good things about Qatar Airways, there are also a lot of bad things. I don't think it is very constructive to accuse people of whining and telling them to take a chill pill. Employees past or present may have valid grievances that need to be aired.
As for the take it or leave it attitude that, I am afraid, is one of the greatest downfalls of any Management. This basically tells the employee that they don't care a hoot about him/her. The obvious Human reaction to that is not to give a hoot about the Company and the so called Management.
We face a huge problem with lack of crew both at the sharp end and in the rear. Qatar Airways has a bad name for ill treating its crew. This should be recognised by the hierarchy and acted upon, not ignored Ostrich style.
