In order for conditions to improve a company needs the right people at the right positions.
Traditionally relatively new start ups such as Qatar in their infancy find it difficult to recruit and end up with pilots that could not get jobs anywhere else.
A few years down the track these people find themselves in key managerial positions totally clueless and out of their depth. As time goes by they are weeded out and replaced by more competent ones and only then do things begin to improve.
For those of us considering DEC positions, can we have some info on the background of some of the fleet managers etc and whether the above statement is applicable to QATAR in any way.
