Eastern won't go to LCY, as has already been said, they pulled off the NCL-LCY route because of the increased landing fees at LCY.
VLM could make a success of LCY though, GSM could do LGW or even STN, but it doesn't fit their business model so that won't happen, other than that the only possibility I can see is Ryanair from STN, but Ryanair don't have many, if any, domestic routes from Stansted do they?
On another sad note looks like we've lost Spanair next summer. God help us.
