Polarized Sunglasses Vs. Computer Vision Syndrome
I am just thinking, would it be beneficial to put on Polarized Sunglasses in front of the Computer to eliminate pro-longed exposure to Glare and Radiation from the Monitor?
Since Polarized Glasses Cut-Off the UV from the Monitor, just wondering if it helps in reducing eyestrain for Prolonged computer usage.
