Unfortunately, he probably did, or more likely had some
PR flunky write it for him. This is a fairly typical example of a corporate press release these days, at least in North America. I find this new usage of the verb "to grow" particularly irritating.
And what's "technology reachback" - piston engines and biplane wings for smart bombs, perhaps?
