Re 120. A good idea in theory. Looks nice, five seats, plenty of elbow room, rear loading hatch and clear space from hatch to cabin if rear seats removed. Usual problem: Five people plus bags plus reasonable amount of fuel doesn't compute, particularly if a lot of option boxes have been ticked, and most kit is optional.
