I had 8 sessions, 3 ECAM, 1 Performance and 4 FMGS... the systems are all explained via CBT's which is a lot better than a session with a teacher because you'll never have a bad teacher in the CBT =)
If you want to do an A320 TR, READ FCOM1 before you start, that's the best advise I can give you.
