Staff travel, jumpseat policy, etc etc whatever

"Staff travel is a privilege and not a right, it's pretty simple, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT !!!"
"Why botther, honestly, go to EY and be happy !!"

Sad...sad sad sad.... Unfortunately it seems that some of our crews leave for EY where the grass is still fake but where life is less stressful, i have good feedbacks from AD.
Keep in mind that all our """privileges""" come from tough fights between airlines and their employees in USA and EU 20 years ago, we invented nothing. GCAA invented nothing, and this jumpseat policy maybe only reflects the sugar/whip mentality for lovely happy people experiencing a first job here: " oh guyyyyyyyys you're so amazing and pro and blahblahblah, and by the way take a one month CU if you forget your ID".

There's no safety issue positioning flying/non flying-staff on jumpseats, because it's at the discretion of the Capt. There are still some of us for whom "team" has a meaning, where aircrew respect and help each other, may they be GR2 or checkride Capt, where simplicity is a must, because these are the real values and spirit of airmen and aeronautical staff.
Sad to see that an airline now means cash machine. Good to see some of us still carry hope.

Now please, don't go thinking i consider myself uppon some of us. I'm from the very few ones who try to think as a team onboard, when different mentalities and point of views don't buzz with work, when thinking different doesn't mean "arguing" and "attitude".
