EAA - European American Aviation

I was a student there a few weeks ago and am now back home with my SEIR + MEIR. A better school you would have to try hard to find. Aircraft are virtually brand new, garmin 1000, DA40/DA20/DA42, plenty of them, instructors are experienced and commited to their students.

One rule i have learnt the hard way - if you choose the 'quoted cheapest' schools, not only will you end up spending more, your training will be a gash affair with little care and flying planes that have no business in the air. Put briefly, aviation is the same as any other business in the world - 'you get what you pay for'.

In short i would recomend, do not attend any of the JAA schools, go to somewhere like EAA, get some top notch training and then get home and convert.
