The "indian" as you all so eloquently put it, also himself served in the demanding environment of the AUH MCO, as well as MCT "ops" and did so very effectively I might add..and as far as Aero's comments go, if you are in the trng dept, you have the ability to make a positive contribution toward rectifying the problem you percieve exists..if not, as a Capt. you also have recourse through confidential reports etc...etc...if there are weaknesses I'm sure the appropriate managers would like to see some documented evidence, so it can be acted upon..as safety is always at the forefront here at GF..bad-mouthing the situation on Pprune solves nothing now does it???
