Regarding the final addional 24 photos requested, I have taken all of them in skyblue background (3.5x4.5cms which is standard passport size). I know it says four of them have to be 3x3.5 cms (an odd size), so I reckon I will just bring a pair of good scissors with me!
I am not sure if perhaps the 4 photos (3x3,5 cms) are the ones for the R-type U.S. visa. I remember those were the exact same specifications when I had my US visa renewed last year.
