totally agree with the parallel taxiway, but as for waiting for winter, the airport didn't do that for improvments on the car park
, or the new access road
or even the terminal front
, where you had to walk through a building site to get into the building
. Which at one point caused a major complaint from passengers
, when a flight was cancelled the airport decided to put the passengers bags for them to collect outside near terminal entry and exit point there was children climbing over the rubble
and passengers had difficulty in finding there own bags as it was very poorly lite.
this resulted in the story being published in one of the local rags
