No it’s not fair, but that’s beside the point. It is just plain bad business practice. These supposed parent companies are having to tackle their own regions pilot shortage anyway. I can’t see them giving pilots away and paying for the privilege.
If true it’s just another desperate attempt to delay the inevitable – to pay us more money!!
