14 written exams and a checkride ought to do it. With your hours you do not need to sit any formal ground school. If you want you can just go sit the exams. I would however suggest you study first and try to remember everything you forgot since college.

For myself, beginning study to sitting all 14 exams 4.5 months. That's with no life outside of my job. Fly, study, fly, study. Not much fun but it can be done. I know there are schools in Florida that do this. I would think somwhere in Canada would as well. My two favorite tools to study are Bristol Ground School online test bank (72 euros for three months access) along with the free forum and of course Google.
