There is an operator called IDC Aviation. Chief Pilot was/is Capt. Mike Stephenson a South African guy. I think they are operating Cessna 407's, Islander's and a B1900.
You'll have to check all this. I found the phone number in the Lonely Planet guide book for Africa, it covers the Seychelles. Sorry I don't have it with me.
