Once,somebody got terminated because a drop of wine got on the neighbour seat of one of AAB's friend. Or simply they don't like your face. No explination just "You have to go in 24 hours".How about that?! Or crew are offloaded from the flights because AAB doesn't like something: hair style,sttockings... even if they are as per the grooming manual. Sometimes you go in the briefing room and when the grooming ladies come to check before the flights, they come with a completly new rule opposite to what it was before explaining only:" The chief doesn't like it". There is a circus going on in there and,of course, people rather prefer to have the chance of a resignation then being terminbated. All the employees are so confused...
