In numerical order:
1. The 744 full up sim is used for selection.
2. Dont know - the figures seem to change week to week.
3. I was in the hold pool two weeks but had a big gap between day 1 and day 2 assessments and I dont know which day the hold is based upon.
4. Expect to be offered LHR A320 (especially if already type rated) or Gatwick B737 as a DEP. If you are already wide body experienced, I guess they may offer B777 - cant say for sure as I didnt have that experience.
