I am not going to get involved in the argument about whether you should or should not pay for your rating......!
But since you can fly a maximum of 900 block hours a year (I guess this even applies to Ryanair), the calculation should look something like this:
900 hrs x 100 euro´s = 90000 euro´s this divided by 12 months makes it 7500,- euro´s
pr. month.
Now that is still a very good salary for an F/O, but not in the region of the 11.000,- that you suggested a freshly typerated F/O could make.
If you are after the "TOP BUCK" get a different job.
