I got the FINAL APPROVAL today! 
The email says that I can now resign, scan and email the Resignation Acceptance. Quote: "
Note: You will not be allowed to join without providing us with the Resignation acceptance letter".
It also says that I will recieve an email 4 days before leaving home with the e-ticket/visa paperwork. I will be able to travel
just with the print out! (Thank God for Technology and the Internet!
