The question that should have been asked of Coxey is:
" The audit report clearly shows that some inspections could not have been carried out correctly if at all due to the timeframes evidenced in the report. Have these checks now been carried out correctly or does QF have aircraft flying around that have not had essential heavy maintenance inspections completed on them”
I would like to know what CASA think about that. I pity the poor bastard in the OF quality department who wrote the report, is career is F*&^%d.
