I've done the lasik 10 months ago, just before I went on holidays, so I suggest that you do the same so that you rest your eyes and don't expose it to the dry air of the cabin while working, you must take lots of care and use eye drops, that's why I suggest to take a brake from flying after the operation, where I had it done, Emirates gets discount and it's a first class treatment.
