As far as the IOM/LGW route is concerned, I agree that punctuality has improved. After using EMX to LCY after a horrid experience in the early FlyBe days, I have just done 2 returns with FlyBe and with the exception of the disgrace that is LGW South I have no complaints. On the last trip back to the IoM FlyBe was able to switch us to an earlier flight despite arriving at the ticket desk 45 minutes before departure time. Parting with the extra cash still left us with a total ticket price no greater than our average EMX spend, and significantly less than the previous BA Connect price. Well done FlyBe!
Now if you could just move to LGW North......
