Crewing based on seniority. Have some overseas crews to start with to assist with ICUS. Good on them for looking after long term drivers as there are a couple of jet drivers who did not get a go first. Well done to the boys who worked constructivly with Management to get the EBA through a year ago. At his stage they appear to be about 4 weeks ahead of schedule for AoC issue.
