I went through mine June 2006. When you do your group planning exercise, one of the board will then ask you and the other candidates in your syndicate questions about your plan. You'll probably get about 5 or six direct questions each. However, if one of your fellow candidates incorrectly answers or doesn't know the answer the question is passed over to someone else. So the idea is even when your not the one being questioned, still be thinking of the answer, its alot easier to do when the pressure is off so to speak.

Also don't worry if everything seems to be falling apart during your Practical Leadership Tasks, just keep going to the bitter end! I remember the RM Warrant Officer bellowing at me "Number 3 get your team to do what you want them to do, not what they want to do!" At that stage I was convinced it was all over! Alas somehow i passed.
