No, the tail rotor drive shaft is connected to a fan in the tailboom rather than a tail rotor gearbox. So the mrb's still turn due to airflow reversal. Guess what the fan still turns and produces some thrust. However the vertical stabs do most of the work. No problem doing an eol but need to keep the speed on.
