Well current roster shows around 94 block hours per month which equates to some 185 duty hours. Roster typically 5 days on 2 off or 6 on 3 off.
Gross salary £24000 pa plus duty pay which is taxed. Currently that means a take-home of around £1800-1900 a month including duty pay before pension contribution. There are no other allowances when away to cover meals etc.
Company offers loss of licence insurance free plus private medical and paid type rating plus full accom during training. This is subject to a decreasing 3 yr bond.
Supportive cockpit culture and the Dash is great fun to fly.
