Not so! There must be an Engineering Order (EO) from a CAR35 engineer to remove the pressurisation equipment.

An aircraft must be operated with all the equipment installed at time of original certification or a CAR35 EO obtained to operate with any equipment removed. A copy of the EO must be carried with the MR.

Unless the aircraft has an approved MEL or approval is granted via a CAO, all equipment installed must be serviceable prior to commencement of any flight.

Read the Flight Manual!
