Yeah just as heaps of us have asked and presented to company and Union types, and their response is "It has always been that way" Nuff said, the mob is run by the Cadet Mafia these days so I guess that's that. My opinion is if your fortunate to get the cadet scheme, the get through, you should be happy to get a seniority based on when you get in rather than when starting your training. But hey there are rules everywhere including from our own government so unless your gonna riot why bother? (I am planning a riot against Howard in a few months btw lol!)

Yeah i see your point but it's a slightly different situation atm, heaps of cadets have built up and no recruitment the last 2 years. They do have a seniority now whether its good or bad so I think there will be some assigning on to aircraft types. Keep in mind usually there isn't a backlog of cadets like this, and I agree at those times they shove anyone, anywhere, to fill their behind the ball plans!
