Heidelberg, there is no point selling premier class if you are not going to fill most of the seats on a consistent basis - due to the increased costs of providing the service over economy. Better to fill all the seats nearly all of the time with econy punters at no extra cost. Unless of course you have done a more detailed market analysis than EI, that proves there is a strong demand for a Premier class service to MCO?
