Money in ETIHAD

Can anyone who is currently flying for EY let me know how much aprox. are they getting a month?? letīs say a brand new cabin crew... in AED??? Do they give you cash allowence in the hotels while on layover??? or are the meals paid??? anyway... just would like to know aprox. how much AED a month... THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!
