Where I come from at least "squash" is a manufactured drink which contains lots of other stuff as well as fruit juice and water (and is generally more dilute than juice), "juice" is just that - preferably not reconstituted from concentrate but even if it is then it consists only of juice concentrate and water back at the original strength.
For example, Waitrose Orange Squash (
http://www.ocado.com/webshop/getProd...ntainer=118070) contains wheat! (WTF is that all about?) And sulphur dioxide, and added sugar and artificial sweeteners, and is only 13.9% fruit. To me that is something very different from "orange juice".
