right, but my question is....assuming no comm is re established, ie, an aircraft failure. is it ok to land under the "lost comm procedures" that says that if you are vmc land at the nearest suitable airport...or ATC is expecting us to go around.....isnīt it safer to just land and terminate a possibly conflicting flight ? Of course Iīd look outside for signals and try to contact app or gnd...
