Just remember that you have to work 40 "G" days to be compensated for a months salary.
It's like 60 hours of credit for a months leave!
CX needs to give full credit for working an extra day and proper credit for annual leave. IE. 2.8 hours per leave day and 3% of a months salary for a "G" day.
