Try this one. Links to the contract training website. Usually you get an answer within a few hours. However, they are quite busy now and be prepared that the intake of external contract students is very few per year. I suggest that you have a very well prepared resume ready (and already accumulated some jet/tprop experience) because they study these papers very carefully, as well as your background and experience. Don't be surprised if they say no to a training request, happens quite often actually. They train you according to CAL standards and procedures (some things are a bit different than generic Boeing) but the training delivered is top notch and no difference made between CAL pilot and contract trainee.
