Well with the GB scheme;
All applicants were told to come at 9am on the same day. The day started with a short presentation about GB Airways. This was then followed by an Ice breaker; although we were told that it was to get to know one another, we were quite clearly being assessed.
We then all had individual interviews with a one of the pilots and a HR type lady. I happened to be the first one chosen for the interview
, so im not too sure how everyone else got on, i only heard from a few people.
All in all, i actually had fun! Every candidate was very nice, all the assessors were very pleasant. Either way the decison goes, i learnt a lot and had a good time.
