I agree like everything, research and go in with your eyes and ears open. Unseen things will and do happen, but go in prepared and your less likely to fall on your arse.

Ivor, i agree with you titusville is way to exspensive for what it really is (feeding zone for mosquitoes) Its worth looking farther a field, if you don't find anything cheaper you will find a lot more for the same money.
