We are not allowed to use real names here, so that I cannot tell you his name but the new Caverton pilot is a very experienced local pilot with no hair plenty, hence his nom de guerre. I am sure he will get on well with his new job. About being paid on time, well, let us just wish him luck with that.
The aircraft is in very good nick, I believe. In fact, all of the aircraft I have flown for Zimex are really outstanding by the undemanding standards of this Twin Otter pilot. They are clean and shiny inside and out and fitted with modern avionics, lacking only a yaw damper, since none is currently available. They have EGPWS but no TCAS.
