I would think the lack of traffic on the toll roads is not so much due to people too cheap (or unable to afford) the Salik stickers, but rather the fact that most people don't have their stickers yet, and really don't feel like paying the rather heavy fines for offenders. I'm sure the bridge and S. Zayed Rd will be back to normal
in the coming weeks.
