From today's The National newspaper; get these guys into government.

THE Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is looking into “chaos” experienced by several Air Niugini aircraft during the weekend.
Chief executive officer Joseph Kintau, however, said Papua New Guinea had a good safety record and that they “just had to tidy up”.
“We have a strong regulatory arm (CAA),” he said when referring to some problems encountered by Air Niugini aircraft.
On Saturday, a Fokker 100 flight from Port Moresby to Lae encountered a pressurisation problem, causing some passengers to suffer from ear-bleeding.
Last Friday, several flights out of Port Moresby were rescheduled and tempers flared.
Many passengers were returning to their home provinces to vote.
Mr Kintau said the industry had been hit hard in the last few months after Airlink was grounded and Airlines PNG reduced its services in order to meet certain CAA regulations.
He said CAA was also conducting audits on Airlines PNG and Air Niugini.
