It is a very small world!

I recently met an old colleague, the so-called Bald Eagle, in Toronto where we were both undergoing training on this very aircraft. Guess who he is going to work for?

It turns out that Caverton purchased the next-to-last Twin Otter made, in order to get under the wire on the rule that aircraft for Nigeria cannot be older than 25 years. It really is a very nice Twotter, so long as you really do want to fly in an unpressurised aircraft with low wing-loading that does 160 knots flat-out.

If you ever wondered as a passenger, "What did that guy sat next to me have for breakfast?" this is one machine that can let you know about that right smartish after just a bit of moderate turbulence, since its ride quality is rather rollercoasterish.

I myself was recently spotted begging our Stores man for more sick sacks, when he told me they are back-ordered. Cue a rather panicked expression on my face at hearing that!
