one way to do it:

PF: "Flaps 1"
PNF: "speed checked", and when selected, "Flaps 1"

That's all. End of procedure.
BUT 1000 companies - 1001 call outs!! (minimum) and every company insists that their SOP "callout" is the only "correct" one
