3november, just take it 1 step at a time. Don't start stressing about your scan just yet. First concentrate on your application. When you get an invitation for day one pick a date that gives you some time to prepare. Don't go for the next day sim option when they ask. Should you be succesfull on day one you will need to pick a date for the sim which again will give you the time to prepare properly.
