I agree that MOL is insulting his customers. It is quite right that you cannot expect alternative routing and accomodation on a cheap ticket - he neds to have the right way to say it.

Across at EZY, I see that, now they have a proper MD/CEO of the biz, Stelios is not allowed to talk about operational issues. I see him questioned about EasyGroup but they keep him out of harms way.

From my perspective, as a very satisfied customer of EZY, he started out to provide a good deal. I have only travelled once on FR in recent years and it was a foul experience. I may have to go to Scotland next month and a friend suggested the low fares of FR STN-EDI. I declined and, if I go, will either drive or pay more on EZY.
