the thing is we (atc's) want to stay out of the cockpit but when you've given 310+kts to the front A330 and the following a/c is 8-10'000ft above 15 miles behind doing 250kts (or less) and closing rapidly, it means that we will have to give decent restrictions with speed restrictions when levelled off for the No1 EK A330.
