Well I tought I'd have a pop at this scheme.
Bit of a pain in tha ass that you need to try and at least use different scenarios/examples for each question. Especially for people like myself who could answer many of the questions extremely well based on one scenario. Life goes on........
For all those that have sat FTE assesments there may be a possibility of 'bypassing' some of Phase 3 so I have been told. Needs to be confirmed though.
