Congratulations to all who got interviews. Jman's post are spot on. Do the best you can to prepare or don't waste your time (or theirs) by blowing it off. If you got the invite and decide you really don't want to do it (it really is a lot of work), don't just stood them up, but, have the courtesy to tell them so someone else (who want it) will have the opportunity to do so. The process is very challenging and it will bring out the best of you. I got the job offer for DESO but had to turn it down. Not because I didn't want to work for CX, but for other reasons (family).
