Not the first one...

Last 2 weeks, three helicopters accidents had happened in Spain.

- Bell 212, destroyed, 2 pilot killed.
- Bell 412, destroyed, no injured.
- R44 , 2 days ago, no data by now.

Spain has the WORST accident rate in the whole world...
